Wire & Metal Separation
Using rasper technology and strong magnetic systems, steel wires are efficiently separated from the rubber to ensure product purity.
Granulation & Size Reduction
The rubber is processed into fine granules (1–7 mm) through a cooled granulator system that prevents heat damage and preserves quality.
Air & Dust Separation
Multi-stage air separation removes fiber dust and light impurities, while a sealed dust filtration system keeps the environment clean.
